A Matter of Driving photoIn managing the productivity in all sectors within this company, my boss has compiles all management staffs for a short panel. We are planning to rearrange some vital departments both in the office and in the factory. Apparently, this meeting is to cope with some possible inconvenience might happen in the year of 2010. All Departments and sectors are supposed to be well prepared in understanding that our company movement will always be monitored by some rivals that we have been through this week; they will apparently never give up competing.

On my Department, I am in charge of new policy on company transportation, especially on car allowance, and some related sections. It is due to some loss we gained in the last six months on traffic troublesome. It is unlikely just a matter of driving; it is more about some education basis of our company drivers that still have very limited points of view about signs or regulations on the streets. With this limitation, more than 30% of our loss comes from traffic incidents and accidents.

In carrying out this new policy, my boss suggests me to work with a professional workmanship. They are hired to assist and guide us accordingly. This will actually take my work time more, but I always feel fine to work with expertise like them. Trouble or discomfort does not need to be faced in trembled or nerved-rack; with their yearly experience they will easily analyze and head for the turbulence at all costs to break through and get the best final target. Each of them will be positioned in a certain Department so the job will be focused without troubling others. Gee, This sounds so perfect for me.
